RETURNS POLICY

​

• Exchanges: online orders can be returned for an exchange within 14 days after receiving your order with your electronic invoice and the Return forms that accompanies your order.

•  Exchanges will be made at the current retail price.

• Refunds: you may return to our warehouse any product ordered from www.PetitPoisParis.com website within 14 days after receiving your order. 

•  The item must be in its original packaging and accompanied by the corresponding receipt.

• The returns are at the customer's expense for all countries.

 

 We will refund the amount paid for the products returned as long as the products are in their original condition, unworn, unused and unwashed, in accordance with our return policy.
This concerns articles on sale as well.
No refunds will be provided on products that are returned used or damaged in any way.
For this reason it is essential to read these conditions beforehand and get in touch as soon as there is a problem.

Unfortunately we are not able to reimburse shipping charges, in either direction.

If the reciptient refuses to pay the custom fees, the order will be shipped back to Petit Pois Paris office and considered as a return.

Returns 

To return a product, please follow the simple steps below.

1. Complete the form below.

2. We will get back to you within 48 hours to confirm the return, in accordance with our return policy below and its specific criteria. If accepted, you will receive further instructions and a return slip to print include with the order.

3. Place the products in their original packaging with the return slip, and address the package to the address provided in the instructions.
